Results from the 2020 Spring Poetry Competition
The judges were thrilled to read such a diverse celebration of the season, brought to life by vivid images and carefully wrought ideas. The winning entries were characterized by their purposeful structure and thought-provoking verse. We thank all of the ten CIS Ontario schools for participating and look forward to conducting more competitions for our aspiring writers. Thank you to the teachers who supported their students. Winning students will be invited to participate in a virtual student writing workshop at the CITE 2021 Conference and will receive a certificate in the mail.
